I finally landed on a name for my band. We're going to be called Sobersides. It's a word for a very serious stick-in-the-mud old person. Example "Come dance with us, don't be such a sobersides!".. I like that it also sounds like a group of recordings like B-sides. My brother Chris and I already have a set dialled in and now we're planning to record some of it with my pal Kent Sheehey. After that, I'll finally make a Spotify and music video. Been a while... Also we really need a skilled (and sober) bass player. Rest in peace to my good friend and former bass player Sean Perini. He is dearly missed and impossible to replace. I know his spirit is with this project.. But thats a whole other story. I have another friend I low key want to sucker into tickling the ivories... It might be hard to convince him tho pretty sure we need the first demos first...
Anyways- Sobersides! I'm really feeling the name haha.
